BM Windows Named “Best in Customer Service” by San Diego Window & Door Consumer Publication

To receive an award for excellence in customer service is especially gratifying because we place such a high priority on customer service in our business.

BM Windows, an independent replacement window and door company in San Diego, was recently given the 2017 Best in Customer Service Award by the San Diego online publication Window & Door Consumer. BM Windows was one of only three companies, and the only replacement window company, to receive this coveted award. This is the first year that Window & Door Consumer has awarded San Diego companies for excellence in customer service.

The 2017 Best in Customer Service awards were given based on customer reviews and ratings, and are only given to companies in good standing with the California Contractors State License Board. Companies must also be local to the San Diego area and not part of a national chain.

BM Windows has an excellent reputation in the areas of customer satisfaction and customer service and consistently receives high praise from the San Diego homeowners they work with. The San Diego replacement window company maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and has an overall five-star rating on Yelp, with more than 100 customer reviews.
