The real estate website of Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, AspenSnowmassSIR.com (designed and developed by Organic Return), has received additional recognition in the web world; this time for Best Mobile Design.
AspenSnowmassSIR.com chalks up its second award in a year by snagging the #2 spot for Best Mobile Design from WebTrends for 2017. In 2016, the same site was recognized by the Web Marketing Association for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development: the Real Estate Standard of Excellence. AspenSnowmassSIR.com was designed and developed by Organic Return, a digital agency now boasting an accumulation of four prominent web awards for its real estate sites.
Analytics have shown that more and more users are visiting sites using their mobile devices. In fact, mobile usage has actually surpassed desktop usage, meaning it’s now absolutely essential that mobile design take priority.
Mobile-first design is the process of designing a site first for the mobile screen, then scaling up to tablets, desktops and beyond. An initial design optimized for smartphone viewers is the most effective way to reach potential clients no matter their location or device. Organic Return achieved a significant milestone with the ASSIR website due to the amount of custom development and integration required to power the visual display.
